We love all of our clients at Cj's Style, and we want to make sure everyone feels completely comfortable in our Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them feeling pampered and refreshed.
Need to Cancel?
At Cj's Style, We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our valued clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs effectively, we have established the following Policy:
1. 48 - Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to another client.
2. Cancellation Fee: In event of cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% may be applied. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case -by-case basis.
3. No-Show policy; Clients who do not show up or cancel on the day of their appointment without any notice, may be subjected to a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.

Arrival time
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. Please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service you had booked. We offer our guests the occasional 5 minute grace period, while 10 minutes might not seem like much, it can prevent us from being able to offer you your desired service.
